Guests often appreciate the hotel's quirky and stylish decor, alongside its location overlooking the River Cam, a short walk from the centre of Cambridge. Many enjoyed spacious rooms and the delicious roast available in the garden room, particularly when served by attentive staff, with the outdoor seating area being a plus on sunny days. The bar, featuring comfortable seating around a fireplace, provides a cosy atmosphere and while some found the directions to the pool area could be improved, others were upgraded to even larger rooms.
